VACCINE: Eligible with no access

Help! My wife is 89 and I am 92. We are both strong yet. I drive, mow my lawn and plow snow. But because we are not in a rest home, we have no way to receive our vaccines. I have asked our family doctor; he has no information. I even asked Walmart pharmacies, no help. We stay at home, seldom see our family. They all work and are exposed to many people that could bring COVID to us.
