Notice of Public Hearing of the Bayview Water & Sewer District For Needed System Improvements & Repairs and the Water Facility Plan The Board of Directors of the Bayview Water & Sewer District have set a public hearing and will receive citizen input and discuss the proposed water system improvements to be funded by a State Revolving Fund (SRF) loan. The Board previously approved Option E and would like to present a few minor modifications to the existing plan to save money for the customers and present the new Option F. Notice of Public Forum, Public Comment Period, and Public Hearing On the City's CDBG Annual Action Plan The City of Coeur d'Alene will be drafting an Annual Action Plan for the use of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds for the plan year (PY) 2021. The City will receive CDBG funds in the estimated amount of $339,375 for PY2021 beginning April 1, 2021. The draft Annual Action Plan for PY2021 will be available for review and comment for a period of 30 days from January 15, 2021 to February 16, 2021.
