Writers invited to enter short story contest
Faith Leaders and Leaders of Conscience of Eastern Washington and North Idaho (FLLC) are proud to invite short story writers from sixth grade to adult to enter its first short story contest "Brilliant Blunders that Left a Mark" of stories between 1,000-2,100 words.
A well-crafted story will: Express the struggle humans have with admitting our blunders/mistakes/snafus, what happens when we own our imperfection and the transformation that happens.
All stories remain the property of the writer. The winning stories will be offered to the media for announcement of their success. The top winner’s story will be offered for a public reading. The top 10 stories may be offered for local publication as part of Faith Leaders and Leaders of Conscience Heart Interventions project. The authors will be credited on all publications.

Multiple stories can be submitted by the same person, however, each story must be submitted as its own PDF document.
