Propane truck crashes on Bayview Road

Bayview Road was shut down for a half mile in all directions after a propane truck crashed on its side near Sunset Road on Wednesday afternoon.

The Idaho State Police said several residents in the area were contacted to have them evacuate "as a precaution.

"There are no leaks and no visible damage to the tanks, but due to the heat we want to make sure everyone is safe," ISP said.
