NIC Trustee special meeting Wednesday

The North Idaho College Board of Trustees will hold a special meeting to take action on the president’s contract and approve the meeting calendar for 2021-22 at 5 p.m. Wednesday in the Student Union Building, Lake Coeur d’Alene Room.

The presidential contract is a three-year contract that is reviewed annually for renewal. The proposed annual renewal is for the fiscal years July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2024.

The board will consider a motion approving a renewed contract for NIC President Rick MacLennan and authorizing the board chair to execute the contract on behalf of the Board of Trustees and NIC.

The trustees will meet in executive session at 4 p.m. in accordance with Idaho Code § 74-206.
