SPOKANE — Delta Air Lines has announced new daily nonstop service from Spokane International Airport to Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.

The once-daily flight will begin on Nov. 20.

“As the Spokane-Coeur d’Alene region has grown, so has the demand of area businesses to have more convenient connection options to their facilities and clients not only in the Atlanta area, but also in cities across the southern and eastern United States, as well as, global connectivity," said Airport Board Chair Ezra Eckhardt. "This route also provides leisure travelers with one-stop connectivity to popular tourist destinations along the East Coast.”

Atlanta will be the fifth market served from Spokane by Delta, joining Los Angeles, Minneapolis, Salt Lake City, and Seattle. The Atlanta flight will be operated with a Boeing 737-800.
