Notable calls for the day!

Day Shift handled the following notable calls:

• A Deputy arrested a female for her warrant at Misdemeanor Probation.

Deputies responded to Dudley Rd. for a family dispute. Two brothers were in an argument over family issues. Ultimately one of the brothers was trespassed from the property, no crime committed.

• A Deputy took a report from an R/P of a theft of a box blade, back blade and two sections of harrow that were taken from the back of his property at Lancaster and Rimrock.

• Deputies responded the area of Orchard and Ramsey for a male waving his hands and jumping into traffic. He was contacted near Walmart. He stated he was walking in traffic because of the snow berm on the side of the road. He was waving his hands in the air because he was "Walking with Jesus" and in good spirits.

• Deputies responded to the area of Razzles Bar for a report of an intoxicated male approaching a high school age boy as he got off the bus. The person driving by thought the contact may be inappropriate. Neither party was located.

Evening Shift handled the following notable calls:

• Deputies responded to N 15th Street for a physical family dispute. An 11yo female called to report that her mother had struck her in the face, and was now fearful to remain at the house. On scene it was determined that the mother committed no crime and was only punishing her daughter after she threw a fit regarding her IPhone. The Deputy spent some time with the two and counselled them on how to better communicate. At the end of the call they were speaking about their issues and making plans on how to repair their relationship. 20-46640

• Deputies responded to N Government Way (Key lock Storage) for a trespassing call. The manager, who was not on scene, advised that two individuals were behind the gate apparently moving items into a unit. She stated she did not want them trespassed, but told that they could not stay there all night.

• A Deputy stopped a vehicle at Seltice and Hwy 41. Upon contact with the driver and he could smell the odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle. A subsequent search of the vehicle yielded a small amount of marijuana and paraphernalia. The driver was charged with possession of marijuana and paraphernalia. 20-46673

Night Shift handled the following notable calls:

• Deputies responded to E. 12th Ave for a family dispute. A female returned home from work and was highly intoxicated. She was frustrated with her juvenile daughter and her boyfriend and began verbally arguing with them. No crimes were committed and parties were separated. 20-46692

• Deputies responded to the CDA Casino for drugs call. A male invited a female to his hotel room. Upon accepting his invitation, she invited two other males to the room. At some point during the party in the room, drugs were located in the trash can and security was notified. All individuals denied ownership of the drugs. The male and female were trespassed from the Casino and a crime report was completed. 20-46693
