Notice of Advertisement for Prequalification for CdA Transmission Line-Southern Section for City of Coeur d'Alene Water Department The City of Coeur d'Alene is prequalifying licensed public works contractors who are interested in bidding on the CdA Transmission Line-Southern Section project pursuant to Idaho Code § 67-2805(2)(b). The project generally consists of the installation of approximately 8,200 LF of 18-24" water transmission pipe between the Atlas Well site and Riverstone Dr. Actual bid quantities may change pending final design of the project. The maximum interest rate anticipated on the proposed water and sewer revenue bonds, based upon current market rates, is 3.5% per annum. The total amount to be repaid over the life of the proposed water and sewer revenue bonds, principal and interest, based on the anticipated interest rate, is estimated to be $11,156,860, consisting of $6,000,000 in principal and $5,156,860 in interest. The bonds are revenue bonds, and no property tax will be levied to repay the bonds.
