The Historical Button Club of northern Idaho recently placed antique button displays in the Coeur d’Alene and Post Falls libraries. They will be there the entire month of October.
Despite recent COVID limitations, the Club set the displays to educate the community on the historical aspects of buttons and to recruit new button enthusiasts. The displays are available to view during library hours. Masks may be required to enter the library.
For more information or if a local organization wishes to request a virtual online button program, please contact the Historical Button Club at historicalbuttonclub@gmail.com or Simone Kincaid at 208-755-6585. Bookmarks with club information are also available at each library.
