The project is located within Indian lands of the Coeur d' Alene Tribe and is subject to Tribal Employment Rights Ordinances (TERO) governing employment practices and taxes levied on all CONTRACTORS and SUBCONTRACTORS working on Tribal lands. Printed documents are available at Bidder's expense. The standard set of contract documents includes electronic .pdf files of the contract documents. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the bids received.
