On August 3, 2020, the Planning and Zoning Commission held a public hearing for the above referenced project. At the public hearing, the applicant presented an alternate draft of the preliminary plat and the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended that instead of the north-south road toward the property to the north being an emergency access road that instead it should be a public road.
