POST FALLS — Senior Ronan Malaghan scored the eventual game-winner in the 79th minute to send the Coeur d'Alene Charter Panthers past the Timberlake Tigers 2-1 in an Intermountain League match at The Fields at Real Life Ministries on Wednesday.
“We’d been knocking on the door, and put all of our seniors up front and Ronan was able to put one away,” Coeur d’Alene Charter coach Justin Nitti said. “The ball was at the 18 (foot-line) and bouncing around, and he just made a play on the ball. These games are a battle with Timberlake every time.”
