Public Notice Beginning the week of October 12th 2020, Kootenai County will utilize the south east portion of the Higgen's Point Boat Launch parking area to offload the new Harrison Breakwater. Once the breakwater is offloaded, a local marine contractor will place the breakwater into Lake Coeur d'Alene using the public boat launch. Please expect some intermittent interruptions at the boat launch during this time. The contractor will work as quickly as possible to minimize interruption to public access.
