Emcees Justin Schorzman and Rose Backs welcome guests to the first virtual Festival of Trees Gala on Saturday night. The event grossed $418,061, plus a generous $500,000 matching gift, to support the Health Care Heroes Fund.

Iris and Michael Smith helped galvanize the giving at the 32nd annual Festival of Trees Gala on Saturday night by contributing a $500,000 gift to match each dollar invested and help make the $1 million goal a reality. People can still give through the Festival of Trees to support the Health Care Heroes Fund until the end of December.
