To mask or not to mask? Is that the right question?
How about: Is PHD using a forced and quarantined against ALL or any positive tests, or not? How about it PHD? What are you actually doing to protect the public from the infected?
Since when do the infected have more rights than the public they will infect? The danger is known. Separating the infected from the public and public spaces is the only truly effective way to stem this situation, providing this Chinese-engineered virus will eventually die off or go dormant....
