The junior forward scored 21 points last Tuesday as the Vikings opened their season with a 51-44 victory over the visiting Timberlake Tigers. "Skylar brings the burst of energy we need on the defensive and offensive end," coach Nicole Symons said. "She works hard every play and is a great teammate. Skylar has worked hard in the offseason on her outside shot, and it is showing."
