NATIONAL FOREST STEWARDSHIP PROJECT IDAHO PANHANDLE NATIONAL FOREST BONNERS FERRY DISTRICT The Idaho Panhandle National Forests is soliciting proposals for Timbuck Stewardship, which is located within sections 31, 32, 33 T61N, R3W, Sections 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 16, 17, 18, T60N, R3E, of the Boise Meridian. The Contracting Officer at Forest Supervisor's Office, 3232 W. Nursery Road, Coeur d'Alene, Idaho will receive SEALED proposals either by appointment or mail only. If submitting proposals by mail, refer to the General Section of the Prospectus to ensure mailed bids will be considered as received by the offer date. Proposals must be received, on or prior to, 10:00 a.m. local time on January 5, 2021. The Stewardship Project consists of an estimated 87,284 TON of Combined Softwood sawtimber and an estimated 3,479 TON of non-saw marked or otherwise designated for cutting, and specific land management activities. In addition, there is an unestimated volume of non-saw that may be removed at the option of the purchaser. The Forest Service will evaluate proposals submitted by offerors who present a proposal according to the information found under the section in the Solicitation and Offer for Integrated Resource Contract titled "Instructions to Offerors." Evaluation factors for this project include the following criteria: price, technical approach, capability and past performance and utilization of local workforce. One award will be made to the offeror whose proposal is technically acceptable and whose technical/price relationship is the "best value" to the Government. Complete solicitation and prospectus packages may be obtained from the offices listed below. This sale contains specified roads with an estimated construction cost of $214,941.93.
