Evening Shift handled the following notable calls:

• Detectives arrested a female in the Stateline area for drug possession.

The shift started heading towards an address on Pope Road where 82 year old male with dementia, wandered away from the home and into the woods, where multiple family members were looking for him. Shortly after Deputies arrived on scene, a family member located the male. The family was provided information on Project Life Saver. 20-19887

• A Deputy checked out with a male on I-90 at the Pleasant View Road exit and arrested him on his 20 year old Kootenai County warrant. 20-19905

• Deputies responded to a possible domestic dispute in Bayview that originated at the Captain’s Wheel. It turned out that a female had been at the bar and a male had been hitting on her. She didn’t like that and the two possibly got into a minor altercation, then both left. Deputies located the female at a residence in Bayview, and while they were trying to investigate the original incident, she became belligerent, likely due to her high level of intoxication. Deputies separated from her, but as they left she continued to yell and stumble around her friend’s property, eventually getting into an argument with him as well. Deputies stayed back, but then observed her stumbling out into the roadway, still yelling and acting aggressive. She was arrested for being intoxicated in the roadway, and for resisting arrest when they took her into custody. 20-19907

• Deputies responded to Sutherland Court after a neighbor observed a suspicious female walking around with two duffel bags. As they arrived, a vehicle pulled up to pick up the female. The male driver said he had given the female a ride to a friend’s house, but she discovered that she was on the wrong street and called him back to pick her up. While working through their stories, drugs were located. During the investigation, the female had a medical issue and ultimately was transported to KH. She was charged with possession of Meth. 20-19914

Night Shift handled the following notable calls:

• A Patrol Sergeant contacted a male in the middle of the road at Hayden and Reed. He was highly intoxicated, claimed to be transient and sleeping in trees nearby on private property (where he did not have permission to be staying), and could not provide a location where was welcome. The male continuously asked to be taken to closed businesses so he could buy burritos. The male was arrested for being intoxicated in a roadway. 20-19913

• Deputies responded to W. Lacey Avenue after it was reported that a female was heard screaming for help in the area. On scene Deputies located a female, who was living in a shed tucked in the trees on the property. She claimed that nothing was wrong, and only was concerned about where her boyfriend was. It appears she is suffering from mental illness. According to the mother the female has refused to seek treatment or assistance, however, the family was working with Health and Welfare to get her some. FI completed. 20-19924
