REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS Design-Build submittals will be received by the State of Idaho, Department of Parks and Recreation, 2885 W. Kathleen Ave, Ste.1, Coeur d'Alene, ID, 83815 until 2pm, local time, on Wednesday, June 10, 2020 for IDPR Project No. 310101, Indian Creek Dock Replacement. The project will be funded by Idaho Department of Parks and Recreation (IDPR) and IDPR will administer the project. The design build team will receive general instruction through IDPR. A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include the removal, design, fabrication, construction and installation of 5 docks, approaches, pilings and any support structures at Priest Lake State Park, Coolin, Idaho. Owner prefers steel frame dock construction with poly floats and composite decking, however, other alternates will be considered as design progresses.
