DOUG O: Runs clean campaign

Doug Okuniewicz is not only Pro Life, he’s the only candidate running for House Seat 2B who is actually endorsed by Idaho Chooses Life, the premier pro-life organization in the state.

Doug is a good person. He has run a smart and clean campaign, never stooping to negative accusations, half-truths, or lies about his opponent. The same can’t be said for the other side, but as Socrates said, “When the debate is lost, slander becomes the tool of the loser.”

I support Doug wholeheartedly. You’ve got to respect a candidate who is confident in his abilities and positions and realizes childish tactics are not only beneath him, but are also disrespectful to the voters, the process, and the office he is running for. It is sad the supporters of Doug’s opponent feel that they can’t get their buddy elected based on his own merits, and instead will make crazy accusations about Doug out of sheer desperation.

Doug is running on issues. Unlike his opponent, Doug has been fighting the reentry center for months now. Doug’s opponent has actually been endorsed by one of the Boise bureaucrats who wants to force the proposed criminal reentry center into our community.

Like me, Doug supports our President, is a strong supporter of our 2nd Amendment rights, and will fight to lower property taxes. Even Idaho Chooses Life understands how hard Doug is going to work. Please vote for Doug Okuniewicz for the Idaho House of Representatives.
