A Kootenai County commissioner recently reported that some of his campaign signs were missing.

Commissioner Chris Fillios told a Kootenai County Sheriff’s Office deputy that he put up signs throughout the county, including the Athol and Harrison areas. He said he was contacted by his supporters, who said several signs stapled to posts were gone.

Fillios said 20 signs with a value of about $150 were stolen, according to the report.

“Fillios requested to pursue criminal charges if a suspect is found,” the report said.
