SUMMARY OF POST FALLS ORDINANCE NO. 1383 The City of Post Falls, Kootenai County Idaho hereby gives notice of the adoption of Post Falls Ordinance No. 1383, which temporarily amends the Municipal Code of the City of Post Falls for up to 182 days to allow all subdivisions to be processed as a minor subdivision without the necessity of a public hearing and to authorize the use of a hearing examiner to issue final land use decisions; providing suspension of conflicting ordinances and providing severability. The ordinance is effective upon publication of this summary.
