• Day Shift responded to the following calls: Deputies responded to a disorderly female at Walmart in Hayden. Upon their arrival they contacted an adult female. Per the request of Walmart, the female was trespassed from Walmart. The female agreed to leave the property and no further action was needed. 20-16533

• A Deputy responded to Burma Rd and Gozzer Rd regarding a citizen assist. Per the RP Gozzer Ranch Security was stopping people on Burma at a roadside Wellness Check Station to check temperatures of people. The Deputy made contact with security and advised they could not stop anyone or put up any signs requiring them to stop as it was a public roadway. It was ultimately decided to have them do their Wellness Check Station at their guard shack where they were on private property and not interfering with a public roadway. 20-16524

• A Traffic Deputy investigated a cold hit and run crash which occurred 05/01/20 on FSR 209 X FSR 413. The Deputy was able to determine the crash was in Kootenai County, and made contact with witnesses and the suspect driver and completed the investigation. Charges have been forwarded to the prosecutor’s office. 20-16519

• PM Shift responded to the following calls: Deputies responded to Walmart for an unwanted/loitering complaint. Management advised there was an intoxicated male on scene stumbling around they wanted trespassed. They made contact with the male, who was intoxicated and transient. Through the investigation, it was learned the male also stole a 6 pack of beer. He was cited and released for petit theft and trespassed from all Walmart stores indefinitely. 20-16578

• Deputies responded to E. Midtown Ln. regarding a citizen dispute. A juvenile female and her mother got into a verbal argument regarding discipline. No crime was articulated. An FI was completed 20-16579

• A Backcountry Deputy handled an injury accident on FSR 206 near FSR 625. A male driving a Jeep went off the roadway and the vehicle went down an embankment. The driver was transported to the hospital with minor injuries. 20-16580

• Deputies to N. Ridgeview Dr. regarding a physical domestic between a male and female. The couple were playing around with each other and the female ended up falling over. She got upset with the male half and punched him in the face approximately 4 times. She was charged for domestic battery in the presence of a child. 20-16628

• Night shift responded to the following calls: Deputies responded to E French Gulch Rd for a physical domestic between a female and male adult. The two were in an argument regarding the female’s overbearing desire to provide the male mental support during his loss of a friend. The argument became physical when the female believed the male was going to drive intoxicated. Both were charged for battery. 20-16650
