I am writing to endorse and recommend Elizabeth Jacobson to the voters of Kootenai County, District 2 for County Commissioner. I have known Elizabeth for more than 20 years in my previous positions as Professor, Associate Dean of Midwestern University College of Health Sciences and former Executive Director of the Arizona Medical Board.

As James Madison points out, If men were angels, no government would be necessary (The Federalist, Feb. 6, 1788). It is therefore very important that government officials have the utmost integrity. I know Elizabeth to be a person of great integrity; she is an honest, intelligent, eloquent and caring person. She will serve the citizens of Kootenai County well!
