ADVERTISEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT BIDS West Bonner Library District Priest River Library Addition Bid Date: Tuesday March 24, 2020 Estimated Cost of Project: $800,000.00 INVITATION FOR BIDS Sealed bids will be received by the West Bonner Library District, located at 118 Main Street, Priest River, ID 83856, until 2 P.M., Tuesday March 24, 2020, for the general contract for construction of an approximately 4,500 square foot single story library and community center addition featuring wood frame construction, and remodeling of approximately 3,200 sf of the existing single-story library building into staff and program support spaces. Library shall remain occupied and operational during the entire construction period. Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, site work, and complete interior fit out are included in the Contract.
