• Deputies responded to the area of Hwy 41 X N. of Prairie Ave. for a male reportedly slumped over the wheel. (A female had been arrested out of the same vehicle in the early morning hours of today’s date by PFPD). On scene Deputies contacted a male. After a short investigation the male was arrested for drugs. 20-08785

• Deputies responded to a Family Dispute. Initial information was provided that a male was trying to wrestle a gun away from his mother. As the call was still being built, the updated information was that there was only a gun (AR-15) in the safe, but no one on scene was in possession of it. Deputies later provided a courtesy transport the Crisis Center. 20-08793

• Deputies responded to the Chateaux Mobile Home Park for a reported Trespassing. The RP reported a neighbor was refusing to leave his property. It was also reported the male was on Misd. Probation. As Deputies were responding to the area, the male allegedly left the property and walked back to his own trailer. 20-08827

• Deputy Hern Ave for a trespassing. Three juveniles were seen sneaking into the building by the owner. They all fled when confronted and two of them, were found trying to flee the area. The juveniles stated they were there to hang out, despite knowing they were not supposed to be there. Parents were contacted and the juveniles were trespassed from the property. 20-08866

• Deputies responded to Walmart for possible trespasser who also had a warrant. The suspect was seen leaving the store then the property in a vehicle. Deputies located the vehicle at Hwy 95 and Prairie. The warrant was confirmed and she was arrested. She was also cited and released for possession of paraphernalia. The driver of the vehicle was cited for driving without privileges, and a passenger was cited for possessing an open container. 20-08897

• Deputies responded to Fantasy loop after a male was called in as trespassing. It was also reported that the male was “passed out”. On scene they spoke with the acting caretaker of the property since owner was incarcerated. He confirmed that the male was not supposed to be there. After running the male through NCIC, it was learned that he had a warrant out of Cottonwood. They contacted the male in a school bus on the property, who was highly intoxicated and uncooperative. As they attempted to put him in handcuffs, Malachi started to bang his head against the hood of the patrol car. During the fit, he also spit at Deputies. The male was transported to PSB where he was booked on his warrant, resisting/obstructing, and assault on a peace officer. 20-08896

• While investigating the above mentioned incident, Deputies located a bag of marijuana on the caretaker. He was cited and released for possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. 20-08895

• Deputies responded to a T-bone crash at Prairie and Idaho. It was originally aired as an injury crash, however, no one was transported by medical, but an 8 year old was taken to the hospital by personal vehicle as a precaution. 20-08874

• Deputies responded to a residence regarding a home owner finding a handgun and a rifle in his yard. The firearms were later determined to have been stolen the day before in the same area. 20-08922

• Deputies responded to the area of Cave Bay Rd and Bitter Rd to assist Coeur d’Alene Tribal PD who was in pursuit of a gray Jeep Cherokee. While units were en-route, the Tribal Officer advised shots fired as a passenger was shooting at him during the pursuit. A short time later, the Tribal Officer lost visual of the suspect vehicle. The Tribal Officer was not struck, nor was his vehicle, and he did not return fire. Units spent several hours looking for the suspect vehicle and it was finally located on Pines Rd. by Spokane County Sheriff’s Office. 20-08934

• Deputies responded to JDC as a female juvenile turned herself in on her warrant for willful concealment and being a runaway since 02/18/20. 20-08943
