NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS The Hayden Lake Irrigation District (HILD) (OWNER) is requesting written Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from Idaho licensed public works contractors who are interested in being pre-qualified to submit competitive bids for the 2.0 Million Gallon Water Tank Project pursuant to Idaho Code 67-2805(2)(b) "Procurement of Public Works Construction" Category B Competitive Bidding.
