Drowning victims identified
POST FALLS — The Kootenai County Sheriff’s Office has identified two people who drowned in separate incidents at Corbin Park.
The first victim, who drowned and was recovered on Friday, has been identified as Gabriel L. Gardner, 35, from Spokane Valley.
The second victim, who drowned on Saturday and was recovered on Sunday, has been identified as James Cysewski, 58, Hauser Lake.
The official cause of death for both victims will be released by the coroner’s office once they have completed their investigation, a press release said.
