This purpose of this project is to identify issues leading to inflow and infiltration within the wastewater system in De Smet, Idaho. The project consists of the following work items: *Mobilization and demobilization of equipment and facilities to and from the project site. Provision of bonding, insurance, and fees as necessary. *Cleaning and video survey of approximately 7,130 feet of existing sewer main and twenty-seven (27) sewer manholes to verify and identify issues leading to inflow and infiltration. Video inspection recordings will be used to calculate the quantities of pipe for repair and to provide a manhole inspection report with recommendations for repair or replacement. *Line sewer mains using CIPP technology and video inspect the final product for quality assurance. PANHANDLE VILLAGE WATER SYSTEM PUBLIC MEETING The Panhandle Village Water System will hold a public meeting on July 13, 2020 at 6:00pm. The meeting will be held at the Rathdrum Senior Center (8037 Montana St, Rathdrum, Idaho). The purpose of the public meeting is to present recommendations for improvements from the Panhandle Village Water Facility Plan. The meeting will present the water system deficiencies, proposed improvements, discuss the associated environmental impacts, funding options, and potential financial impact to the System's water users, as well as solicit verbal and written comments regarding the plan. Written comments will be accepted by the Board from July 13, 2020 to August 13, 2020. A copy of the facility plan will be available for public review at Welch Comer Engineer's office (330 E Lakeside Ave, Suite 101, Coeur d'Alene, Idaho) during normal business hours.
