Juvenile males in custody after foot chase

Two juvenile males are in custody on charges of resisting and obstructing law enforcement, the Spirit Lake Police Department reported Sunday.

Shortly after 5 a.m. Sunday, law enforcement agencies responded to a report of a vehicle arson and potential shots fired in the area north of 10th Avenue and Harrison Street in Spirit Lake. As law enforcement arrived, the suspects fled from the scene.

Additional information revealed multiple violent felonies were alleged to have taken place in Bonner County stemming from an outdoor gathering just north of Spirit Lake.

After multiple foot pursuits, the males were located and arrested.
