There were several young girls in the restroom at the time, although it is not believed he talked to them. He thought about running back inside, encouraged by protected person to do so, but followed commands and was arrested on his warrant and the new NCO violation. They surrounded the vehicle and deployed their robot to clear it, but he was not in the vehicle. He had not been located by the time of this log. 20-22377

• A Deputy responded to an abandoned/suspicious vehicle in Stoddard Park, which was in the grass, down a swale with a flat tire, unoccupied. While he was on scene, other Deputies responded to the RO’s address in Hawk’s Nest and spoke with a male, who admitted he had been driving the vehicle, got stuck (unsure why in the middle of the park) and gotten a ride home. He was highly intoxicated, but per both he and his wife he had not been drinking since driving the vehicle. He was charged for DUI (.155/.154). 20-22387

There was a birthday party at the listed address, which was for the most part low key, however the intoxicated male and a few others arrived without being invited and were quickly told to leave. When deputies arrived on scene they heard several others jumping the fence in the backyard, however, they could not be located. The homeowner, who was sleeping, was contacted and advised of the issue. She stated she would be taking care of the situation and ensured the party was in fact over. 20-22421

• Deputies responded to Seltice and Baugh after a male called in reporting he had been suddenly attacked by someone claiming to be Thor. The male had a bloody nose and explained that he was sleeping under the Bridge at the Stateline (on the Washington side) when he was suddenly attacked by “Thor”. He also stated “Thor” chased him to Kon Tiki where another male called him a “clown” with a “demonic tone”. “Thor” then got into a blue passenger car and drove away. The male refused medical attention and when asked if he wanted to report the issue to Spokane County Sheriff’s Office he said he did not. The male stated the attack scared him and “reactivated his schizophrenia”, so he only wanted to go for a walk back to Coeur d’Alene. He refused any assistance from law enforcement and left the scene. Units attempted to find “Thor” in the area, but were unable to locate anyone or the blue passenger car. 20-22440
