IDAHO'S HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIP & NATIONAL HOUSING TRUST FUND PROGRAMS Notice of Funding Availability and Deadline for Multifamily Rental Housing Development Applications Idaho Housing and Finance Association hereby gives notice of approximately $3.5 Million in HOME Program funds and $2.5 Million in HTF Program funds for multifamily rental housing development projects in Idaho that will target low, very-low and extremely-low income AMI households. Applications must meet minimum threshold requirements to receive a competitive score.
