MAYOR: Couple of questions

After reading Mayor Widmyer’s comment, “I’m going to be honest with you: I think this has been dropped in the city’s lap,” I had to wonder two things:

1. Has the mayor ever heard of the notion of subsidiary?

2. What’s he think he’s paid to do?
