KCSO Detectives and PFPD are working with victims to try and obtain video and other items that would be helpful in solving this case.

• Deputies along with Detectives responded to a residence for a Warrant Service. On scene a suspect was taken into custody without incident. 20-27977

Evening Shift handled the following notable calls:

• Deputies responded to W. Island View Dr. for a Battery report. There has been a long standing issue between the neighbors regarding an easement and HOA. A repot was completed and the victim refused to file charges.

• A Deputy initiated a traffic stop SB Hwy 95 near Whitelaw Rd. and arrested a male for suspicion of DUI but he refused to give a breath sample. Additional charges of possession of marijuana and paraphernalia and possession of a concealed weapon under the influence were also added.

Night Shift handled the following notable calls:

• Deputies focused on the Hauser area due to the stolen truck and the Ross Point area due to the auto burgs from the previous shift. During the shift, ISP aired a Hit and Run southbound 41 x Hayden of a white crew cab work truck that was similar to the truck stolen from Hauser. They were UTL but the truck may still be in the area.

• Deputies took a suspicious call at Lacewood x Meyer of a male carrying white trash bags walking on Lacewood. They checked the area and were UTL, but a well-known transient and a thief hangs out in that area. Deputies completed an FI. 20-28107

• Deputies responded to the CDA Casino because they were trying to close the gaming floor and a male was refusing to leave and they wanted him trespassed. However, shortly before they arrived, the male went to a room and Security lost interest in him and never called to tell us we did not need to respond. Units cleared without making contact with the male.
