The R/P later admitted she knew the male, as she had borrowed $800 from the husband and wife earlier in the year. She could only provide very limited information about the situation and advised she wanted action taken. After contacting the other half, it was determined that the R/P had actually made arrangements to meet with the male earlier, but cancelled on him. He got her address from the promissory note the R/P had written and was following her to confirm that she did in fact need to go to the doctor. No crime committed.

• Deputies responded to a residence off of Wheatridge Rd. in Athol for a possible suicidal/domestic between a male and female. The male left the residence just prior to arrival without any idea where he may have gone to. The female stated the couple got into an argument due to her recent DUI and finances. FI completed.

• Deputies responded to N Classic Dr. for new issues in the ongoing dispute on this road. Tonight’s issue involved digging a trench to slow traffic and possible no contact order violations. At one point, it was reported that all of the neighbors were up in arms in the middle of the street in a fight. Several 911 calls were made, accusing each other of various crimes and taking too long for personal service. The peace was kept and a report was taken. There have been approximately 10 calls in the last 2 days reference the ongoing issues there.

• Deputies responded to N Chase Rd for unattended death. Nothing suspicious was found at the scene.

• A Deputy stopped a reckless driver in the area of I-90 MP2. Upon contact with the driver he was uncooperative. The Deputy detained him after drugs were detected in the vehicle. The male was found to not have a valid driver’s license, no insurance, and was following too closely. He was issued citations for the traffic violations. During the search of the vehicle, marijuana and para were located. ICE was called, but did not want a hold put on the male. He was arrested on the drug charges and obstructing.

• Deputies responded to an address on Cardinal Ave. in Hayden for a battery that occurred the previous night. RP called to advise her friend head butted her during an argument while they were so intoxicated she could not remember what had occurred. She decided to call and report the incident after the friend was mean to her throughout the day and she was told to report it by her friends. The friend was located at another residence in Hayden. He was initially uncooperative and lied about his identity. During his version of the story the R/P was the aggressor. The friend was issued a citation for obstructing and a report was completed.

It is unknown what his life status is. It appears this may be an alcohol related incident. 20-27408

• A Deputy stopped a vehicle on Seltice Way X Beck Rd. Contact was made with the driver and his passenger. The odor of an alcoholic beverage was emanating from the vehicle and both occupants were wearing a wristband from a local bar.
