Leathers, Shane A., 33, Rathdrum, probation violation, $10,000.

Arana, Cesar, 33, Coeur d’Alene, felony eluding, possession of a controlled substance, failure to give immediate notice of an accident, $30,000.

MISDEMEANORS

Green, Sarah M.L., 41, Coeur d’Alene, petit theft, $5,000.

Billingsley, Daniel J., 42, Athol, obstructing an officer, $10,000.

Wadsworth, Kay L., 43, Coeur d’Alene, DUI, driving without privileges/third offense, consumption or possession of an open container by passenger, $2,500.

Rowley, Coryna A., 27, Coeur d’Alene, petit theft, $5,000.

Speth, Curtis M., 38, Post Falls, battery, $2,000.

Harris, Jonathan D., 39, Post Falls, possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use, $5,000.

Valencia, Marcus D., 28, Coeur d’Alene, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use, $2,000.

Burrington, Adam T., 33, Coeur d’Alene, probation violation, $2,500.

Kolesinski, Francis S., 53, Coeur d’Alene, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use, closed container of alcohol city property, $5,000.

Clary, Brandon W., 40, Athol, petit theft, $2,500.

Konecny, Cody D., 36, Kellogg, operating a motor vehicle with out liability insurance, $5,000.

Lambert, Elzabeth, B., 22, Careywood, possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use, $5,000.

Beaulieu, Brandon J., 26, Hayden, possession of a controlled substance, frequenting a place where controlled substances are used, manufactured, cultivated, held, delivered or given, no bond/four days jail.

Pehrson, Tiffany M., 34, Post Falls, contempt of court, no bond/three days jail.

Freeze, Sean D., 40, Coeur d’Alene, driving without privileges, no bond/two days jail.
