Day Shift handled the following notable calls

• Deputies responded to Atlas Rd. north of Prairie for a reported Traffic Hazard. The RP reported 40 plus people in the roadway “starting a protest”. On scene it was determined there were multiple vehicles lined up getting ready to go towards CDA in a “Trump Train”. The folks that were supposedly in/near the roadway, were reminded to please stay out of the roadway as they got ready to depart. #20-26125

• A Deputy along with Northern Lakes EMS/Fire and Timberlake EMS/Fire responded to E. Scout Trail for a female found Unresponsive. Unfortunately, she succumbed after lifesaving efforts were attempted. According to family, she suffered from multiple health issues. #20-26181

Evening Shift handled the following notable calls

• Deputies responded to S Ruby Road for a family dispute. A female was on scene trying to make peace with the family who didn’t want her on scene. She was trespassed from the property and left without incident. 20-26284

• Deputies responded to the Casino for a trespassing/unwanted. Casino security reported a female on scene harassing vehicles. Deputies arrested the female for trespassing and obstructing. 20-26263

• Deputies responded to Hwy 3 X Hells Gulch Road for a cold traffic crash. They completed a crash report. 20-26242

• Deputies assisted ISP with a DUI injury crash Hwy 53 X Hollister Hills Rd. Two riders without helmets on a motorcycle hit a utility pole. ISP took primary. 20-26245

• A Deputy stopped a reported DUI vehicle and arrested the passenger of the vehicle for under the influence of a controlled substance in public. The driver was checked for DUI, but passed SFST. 20-26267

• Deputies responded to E. Hayden Lake Rd for a naked female in the road. Deputies provided the female with a courtesy transport to the crisis center. 20-26291

• Marine units stopped a boater at Mill River and charged him with Operating under the Influence (OUI). 20-26283

• Marine units stopped and charged a boater with OUI on the Spokane River. 20-26335

• Deputies responded to E. Cherry Hill Road for an overdose. The R/P reported her patient is an alcoholic and takes narcotics. The R/P found the patient unconscious and unresponsive. The patient was transported to KH via medical. 20-26261

• Bayview units handled a battery call at N Spruce Ave. The victim claimed a male suspect pushed a lawn mower onto her foot over a property line dispute. An independent witness confirmed the victim’s claims. She signed a citation against the suspect for battery. 20-26287

• Harrison units arrested a male for his active warrant.

• Harrison units handled a property damage crash near the boat launch.

• There were several intoxicated people who were contacted on the public docks in Harrison. One male was removed from the dock per the county ordinance, due to his disruptive behavior.

• A boat was contacted by a marine unit due to it being overloaded with passengers leaving the Harrison docks. One family of four was removed from the boat and dropped off at the dock to wait for the boat to return empty.

Night Shift handled the following notable calls

• A Deputy stopped and arrested the driver for DUI, DWP and Obstructing at Highway95 x Appleway. 20-26386

• Deputies responded to N. Eileen Ct for a domestic. It was reported a male battered his girlfriend and then fled the scene on foot. Deputies searched the area but were unable to locate the male. A report was completed. 20-26379

Day Shift handled the following notable calls

• Deputies responded to E. Royal Dr. for a reported Domestic Dispute. On scene they learned male and female had gotten a divorce back in April, (and the house was awarded to the male). The male was allowing the female to stay at the house and recently found out there were several incidents of infidelity during their marriage. The two started arguing this morning, and after Deputies arrived, it was decided they should separate for the day. F.I. completed. #20-26423

• Deputies responded to N. Paradise Rd. in the Rathdrum area for a possible Overdose (heroin). On scene Deputies administered two doses of Narcan and helped bring the female back. She was transported by EMS. #20-26465

• Multiple Marine Units, along with USCG Vessel #2, and the KC Dive Team responded to Lake CdA south of Silver Beach for a cuddy cabin boat taking on water. On the initial call to 911 it was reported the boat was taking on water, however on additional calls back to the RP for clarifying information, the RP did not answer the Team was paged out.

Deputies responded to the 3rd St. dock where they found the boat up against the sea wall at that location. Dive team response was cancelled. #20-26463

• Multiple units including CDA Fire/EMS, Eastside Fire/EMS, Worley Fire, KCSO Dive team, along with others, and the KCSO Detective Division responded for an Aircraft Crash in between Powderhorn Bay and Black Bay on Lake Coeur d’Alene. Preliminary information is that two planes collided in mid-air in the area. Two victims have been recovered, and units are still on scene including KCSO Sonar as they work to secure a perimeter search area where the debris fields are located. #20-26475

Evening Shift handled the following notable calls

• Deputies responded to the area of Chase Rd. and Winch Ave. for a possible weapons offense. Victim called in to report an adult male pulled a gun on them as they were riding their motorcycles. Deputies were able to locate the suspect and complete a report of the incident. 20-26519

• Most of the shift assisted with the aircraft accident and running information down.

Night Shift handled the following notable calls

• Deputies responded to Hayden Lake Rd x Red Hawk Trl for a possible DUI. A Deputy located the suspect vehicle, a white and black Jeep parked the wrong way in the road and the driver picking up shiny rocks on the side of the road. The driver who has an alert for drug use, denied drug use, but marijuana was located in the vehicle, but then he admitted to recent meth use. The driver was arrested for mara/para and the vehicle and the owner were released from the scene. 20-26555

• Deputies responded to E. Upper Hayden Lake Rd for a welfare check. The RP called in to say that she was very intoxicated and out of control and her family wanted her to leave. She was cussing at the dispatcher and stated they were only 4 feet apart. Deputies arrived and learned that the RP works long graveyard shifts and has a very short weekend to “get drunk” during and was taking advantage of her time off. She got into a drunken argument with her husband and he told her to call 911, which she did. She admitted that she was drinking vodka and Mt. Dew and only called 911 to tell us she was drunk, because her husband told her to. The situation was defused and the parties were separated for the morning. 20-26559
