- Deputies responded to Prairie shopping center regarding a suspicious male asleep in driver’s seat. Upon their arrival the driver was arrested for Possession of Paraphernalia 20-03708

- Several Deputies and Detectives responded to E. Hayden lake road regarding a burglary alarm. Once on scene they learned an elderly female walked away for her house and got lost. The care giver opened the basement door looking for the female which was alarmed. Deputies searched the area and quickly located the female and returned her to the house. 20-03749

- Several Deputies and Detectives responded to a welfare check on I90 at the Memorial Bridge. Upon their arrival they contacted a female who was sitting in her vehicle in a pull out prior to the bridge. After talking with her, Deputies transported her to Kootenai Health so she could talk to a mental health worker.

- Deputies took a couple of auto burglary reports in the Sundance Dr. Area.

- Deputies responded to Garwood Elementary in reference to a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot. They contacted a female driver who was sitting in the running vehicle, showing signs of impairment. Deputies arrested the female driver for DUI excessive (.263/.268). 20-03767

- Deputies responded to a residence on Echo Drive for a family dispute where 16 year old female kicked a door off the hinges in her father’s home during an argument over the father confiscating her cell phone. The father did not wish to press charges, so a CV report was completed. 20-03812

- Deputies responded for a family dispute in which a female called to report her 20 year old son, took the keys to her vehicle during an argument. When deputies arrived, several other family members were on scene all blaming each other. Eventually all parties were separated and sent to their respective homes.

- Deputies checked out with a suspicious male at the Fernan Boat Launch out on the docks. Deputies ended up arresting the male for an outstanding agents warrant. 20-03832

- Deputies stopped a vehicle at 5th and Idahline and contacted the male driver who had a warrant out of Kootenai County. After his arrest for the warrant, methamphetamine was located that was packaged for sale. He was also charged with possession with intent to deliver and possession of paraphernalia. 20-03829

- Deputies stopped a vehicle in the area of Miles and Maple. He contacted the driver, who exhibited the symptoms of intoxication. Simmons was arrested for DUI and provided a breath sample, .160/.159 20-03834

- Deputies observed a vehicle speeding around the parking lot without its lights on. As the vehicle left, it entered Honeysuckle Ave. without lights. During the investigation, it was determined that all three occupants had been to Walmart earlier in the evening and stole several items and were still in possession of the stolen property from the Walmart burglary. All three were arrested for burglary and possession of stolen property. 20-03858
