- Deputies responded to N. Ramsey Rd. for a reported Physical Domestic. On scene it was determined a male battered his wife. The male was taken into custody without incident. 20-02890

- Deputies responded to N. Government Way for a reported Recovered Stolen Vehicle. On scene he located a white Chevy Captiva (originally stolen out of P.F.’s jurisdiction #20PF01739). Vehicle was towed by per owner’s request. 20-02897

- Deputies stopped a vehicle in front of Curley’s and arrested a male for DUI. The male’s BAC was recorded to be .102/.102. 20-02966

- Deputies responded Fernan Ct to attempt to locate a suspect in an aggravated battery out of Post Falls. Deputies located the suspect vehicle in front of the residence. Deputies then detained the suspects involved, all juveniles, and Post Falls Police Department responded to the scene to take over the investigation. 20-02987

- Deputies responded to N Friar Dr. for a psychological. A male called into report his girlfriend was highly intoxicated and making strange statements. During the investigation, it was learned the female was in fact highly intoxicated and was fearful due to the fact she is from China and her family is still there and there is an outbreak of Coronavirus. The female agreed to go to her room and sleep it off. An FI was completed. 20-02989

- Deputies responded to E Painters Loop for a battery/malicious injury to property report. The R/P said a male barged in and punched him in the face while he was at a friend’s apartment. The R/P then stated the male then went outside and threw a rock through a window in his truck. While the investigation was occurring the male called the R/P and the phone was put on speaker. The R/P asked why the male punched him and threw a rock through his window? The male said it was because he was lied to. The suspect was later contacted, admitted to his involvement and was cited for battery, malicious injury to property and unlawful entry. 20-03004

- Deputies stopped a vehicle at the W/B Huetter rest stop. He contacted the driver, who exhibited the symptoms of intoxication. The driver failed SFST’s and provided a breath sample of .168. The other two samples were insufficient due to the driver not following directions. He was arrested for DUI. 20-03014

- Deputies responded to Highway 53 near Mile Marker 7 for a reported traffic hazard. The caller claimed a male was walking down the middle of Highway 53 and was intoxicated. Deputies arrived and contacted a male subject. The male was uncooperative and arrested for being intoxicated on a roadway. 20-03017

- Deputies responded to assist Rathdrum PD on a reported prowler. The reporting party ultimately gave three different addresses and said he believed someone made entry into his house. Once the male was located, it was learned he had not been taking his meds and allegedly had been using methamphetamine recently. No evidence of a prowler was located. 20-03018

Deputies remained busy throughout the day with other routine calls and traffic stops for moving and equipment violations.
