Notice of Public Forum, Public Comment Period, and Public Hearing On the City's CDBG Annual Action Plan The City of Coeur d'Alene will be drafting an Annual Action Plan for the use of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds for the plan year 2020. The City will receive CDBG funds in the estimated amount of $300,000 for PY2020 beginning April 1, 2020. The Annual Action Plan will be drafted after the public forum and will be available for public review and comment for a period of at least 30 days, beginning January 7, 2020. A public forum will be held to inform residents on how CDBG funds were used in past program years and to obtain citizen input about current needs and spending priorities for PY2020 on December 4, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. in the Library Community Room, 702 E. Front Ave., Coeur d'Alene, Idaho 83814. The draft Annual Action Plan for PY2020 will be available for review and comment for a period of 30 days from January 7, 2020 to February 4, 2020. CITY OF POST FALLS KOOTENAI COUNTY, IDAHO 12TH AVENUE COLLECTIONS PROJECT, PHASE 1 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed Bids for the construction of the City of Post Falls, 12th Avenue Collections Project, Phase 1 will be received by the City of Post Falls at the City Clerk's Office, 408 N.
