The Bee's Knees Whiskey Bar opens on Lancaster Road
Featuring an extraordinary collection of spirits and original memorable cocktails with exclusively fresh ingredients served by an expert staff, The Bee’s Knees Whiskey Bar has opened in Suite E at 324 W. Lancaster Road (corner of U.S. 95).
Owners Randy and Hilary Mann offer trivia 7-9 p.m. Tuesdays, live music 6-9 p.m. the second Fridays, space for private parties, monthly cocktail classes and food from neighboring Belle’s Brunch House. The decor is speakeasy 1920s with vintage wallpaper, leather chairs and wood paneling. It’s a sister place to the Up North Distillery in Post Falls.

Dash Limo Service opens in Rathdrum
Offering limousine service for events, parties and special occasions, Dash Limo Service has begun at the Dashco Convenience Store at 14319 Highway 53 in Rathdrum.

Pier 1 Imports stays open here
Although about half of the 942 Pier 1 Imports stores nationwide are closing, the Coeur d’Alene location will remain open in the strip mall at 410 E. Wilbur off the southwest corner of U.S. 95.
