Coldwell Banker Schneidmiller Realty rebrands

Coldwell Banker Schneidmiller Realty launched a new look as the Coldwell Banker network undergoes a visual transformation as part of “Project North Star.” Coldwell Banker Schneidmiller Realty is deploying all new office signage, yard signs, marketing materials and more as part of the full network-wide rebrand.

Since launching the rebrand, Coldwell Banker is retelling its brand story by solidifying its mission statement and recommitting to its core values. The new logo, called the “CB North Star,” symbolizes the Coldwell Banker network: in an ever-changing real estate landscape, agents remain a constant, guiding consumers as they navigate the home buying and selling process.

Broker and chairman Gary Schneidmiller commented on the launch of the exciting new look, which represents the tradition on which Coldwell Banker has built for over 100 years. “We are so proud to be a part of the Coldwell Banker family and embrace the positive ideals that the rebrand represents. For almost 50 years, we have served the community we call home. While the new look is a change for us, our commitment and core values remain unwavering.”
