PUBLIC NOTICE The Idaho Department of Health and Welfare's HIV, STD & Hepatitis Section is offering subgrant funding for applicants to conduct the following Syringe Service Program Capacity-Building activities in Idaho: 1) provide syringe service program operational technical assistance to Idaho organizations, 2) develop and maintain a peer-to-peer network of individuals operating a syringe service program, 3) support stakeholder community engagement. Funding is available to non-governmental organizations, non-profit organizations, or universities. The funding levels are dependent upon the availability of Federal Funding and the strength of the application.
