• Deputies responded to a road rage incident. Once on scene they learned a resident believed a vehicle was speeding down his street. The resident pulled his truck on to the street blocking it. He then got out of his vehicle and started yelling at the driver of the approaching vehicle. As the driver drove around the resident’s vehicle, he punched the passenger side windshield breaking it. The resident was cited for malicious injury to property.

• Deputies responded to N Government Way for an agency assist. It was believed the suspect and one of the victims of an Agg. Assault which occurred in City of CDA were at that location. It was later learned the victim had followed the suspect to that location and were providing updates of the suspect’s location. Deputies were able to locate the suspect and detain him until CDAPD could arrive on scene.

• Deputies responded to Diagonal Rd. regarding an agency assist for an auto fire. They assisted with traffic control until the vehicle was moved off the roadway.

• Detectives located and arrested a female for her PV warrant. They also arrested a male for his active warrant.

• Deputies responded to a domestic dispute in Hayden where male stated that his soon-to-be ex-wife, punched him multiple times, then left the residence intoxicated with their 10 year old son in the vehicle. Deputies attempted to locate the vehicle unsuccessfully and there was no information on where the female was going. The male had cellphone video of the incident. Charges were filed against the female for Domestic Battery in the Presence of a Child.

• Deputies responded to a juvenile problem with a 14 year old boy who would not give up a large sheathed knife he was holding and was being held down by his parents after they were able to take it away. The boy was defiant and had ongoing behavioral issues, but did not commit any crimes tonight. An incident report was completed.

• A Patrol Sergeant stopped a vehicle for 60 in a 35 zone on Ramsey Road. The driver was arrested for second offense DUI and DWP (Suspended CA for DUI), .187/.185

• Deputies contacted two subjects on a traffic stop in the Stateline Village. Deputies arrested one of the subjects on an Agents Warrant.

• Deputies contacted a male driver on a traffic stop in the Stateline Village-yielding just into Washington. The driver was DUI (BAC .09’s) and had an Idaho extradition warrant. Spokane County SO responded for the Washington DUI portion.

• Deputies contacted a driver and passenger on a traffic stop on I90 at MP12. During the traffic stop, marijuana was observed in plain view. The resulting search revealed methamphetamine, prescription drugs, and syringes. Both occupants were arrested for drug charges.

• Deputies responded to Athol for a family dispute. A male and his adult adoptive son got into a physical fight regarding the son playing his Playstation. Neither subject wished to pursue any charges. Deputies transported the son to the Crisis Center to keep the peace and completed a report.
