Payne, Heather L. A., 29, Colville, Wash., possession of controlled substance drugs, $30,000.

Sawyer-Wood, Corey A., 29, Coeur d’Alene, probation violation, no bond.

Lucker, Robert E., 44, unknown trafficking in heroin, manufacture or possession with intent, no bond.

MISDEMEANORS

Maland, Peter H., 53, Post Falls, DUI above .08, $10,000.

Snyder, Jeremy S., 38, Hayden, giving false information to law enforcement, obstructing an officer, $2,000.

Garcia, Gene M., 55, Rathdrum, possession of a controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia, driver’s license or CDL violation, failure to provide vehicle insurance, $2,500.

Thompson, Sierra M., 37, Coeur d’Alene, probation violation, $7,500.

Arana, Cesar, 32, Coeur d’Alene, driving without privileges, $2,000.

Bails, Douglas, 50, Coeur d’Alene, second-degree stalking, $5,000.

Williams, Heather M., 42, Kellogg, possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use, $50,000.

Harris, April L., 39, Post Falls, DUI, unlawful use or possession of prescription drug, $50,000.

Rice, Walter M., 44, St. Maries, possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use, $10,000.

Burwick, Jake E., 29, Coeur d’Alene, DUI, $10,000.

Burnett, Gordon A., II, Post Falls, possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use, $5,000.

Heck, Dennis R. F., 28, Post Falls, reckless driving, $5,000.

Imperial, Tabitha, 28, Post Falls, probation violation, $25,000.

Snyder, Pamela K., 52, Hauser Lake, possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use, $5,000.

Villanpando, Steven A., 30, Plummer, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use, obstructing officer, giving false information to law enforcement, $10,000.
