• Deputies responded to the Lake Drive Motel after the manager called in to report that a tenant was breaking out a window with a crowbar. It was learned that the guest was supposedly trying to gain entry into his room, after the locks were changed. This has been an ongoing issue in which the owner of the motel has been calling different deputies over the last several weeks regarding the guest’s standing at the motel.

• Deputies assisted Detectives with arresting three people for drug charges and probation violations.

• Deputies responded to the UPS Store in Hayden after the manager called to report that a female that came into the store looking for a package and her car keys while holding a hammer. The female never threatened anyone with the hammer, and appeared to just be holding it. She was contacted at her residence on Little Bear, where she explained that she has been involved in a holy war and has been living others’ self-fulfilling prophecies. She was trespassed from the UPS Store per the manager. While they were at the female’s residence, a neighbor approached and explained that the female had been yelling at random people in the area over the past several days and blaming them for stealing her “crack pipes.”

• Deputies responded to N. Stateline Rd X Ante Rd for a suspicious person. RP advised suspicious male was on the property without permission. The males were unable to be located. 20-06483

• Deputies responded to the Hayden Post Office for a hit and run crash. 20-06489

• Deputies assisted Detectives with arresting a male for drug charges.

• The same female from the above call at the UPS store called in to report her purse was stolen. While taking the report, the female rambled on about everything from; she collects cell phones, to where her mother lives to her neighbors climbing fences, but nothing about the missing purse. The call was cleared as unfounded.

• Deputies responded to N. Bruss Rd reference to a domestic. Upon contact, the female was observed walking quickly from the house to a barn. Initially she would not follow commands and was detained. The female was ultimately arrested for meth and para. The domestic was unfounded.

• The shift responded to Park Ave x Partridge Loop reference an Agency Assist. CDAPD needed assistance on a domestic where the male suspect may have still been in the residence. We assisted in setting up containment and making announcements. We then assisted in clearing the residence but ultimately the male was not located.

• Deputies responded to a burglary alarm at N. Avondale Loop for a garage door alarm. Upon their arrival, they noticed the garage door was in fact open as was the man door leading into the house was opening and closing. Upon further investigation, it turned out that the homeowner had fallen and injured herself and couldn’t get up. She managed to crawl to the door and open it that in turn set off the burglary alarm, which prompted our response. She was very grateful that we responded and then stayed with her as we awaited the arrival of EMS. She was not seriously injured and assisted into her house.
