• Deputies responded to the area of Elder Rd. and Francis Faire Rd. for a suspicious vehicle with no license plates located on the side of the road. It was determined the vehicle was stolen out of Spokane. Two suspicious males were reported at the Fighting Creek store at around the same time. Upon investigation, Deputies were able to identify one of the males who had an active warrant. The second male was not identified. This investigation is still ongoing.

• While investigating the above incident, a male was located walking around the town of Worley. He was with his girlfriend and there was a Tribal NCO in place between the two. Tribal PD responded and took over the contact.

• Deputies responded to a psychological report at an address in Athol. A mother went to check on her son and she reported he was delusional and appeared very high. Deputies were unable to make personal contact but made contact on the phone. The male was irrational. FI completed.

• Later in the shift a male was walking his dog near Athol City Park and the irrational male came out of his house and yelled at him. The male turned to walk away and was attacked by the irrational male. Deputies responded back to the area and were able to get the male to come out of his house. The suspect was placed into custody for battery.

• Deputies responded to a report of two males fighting in the area of Hughes Lane and Spokane St. One male was reported as having blood coming from his nose. The males could not be located.

• Deputies responded to N. Government Way for a welfare check. A male was located in one of the apartments with injuries sustained from falling while intoxicated. The male was transported to KH via ambulance for treatment.

• Deputies took a hit and run crash report from St. Maries Fire Dist. Station #2. Fire Captain called in to report it appeared someone had ran into the building and fled the scene. It appeared someone tried to do a quick U-turn with a large tractor trailer and “underestimated the clearance of the back of the trailer.” He was going to speak to the school and see if they have any camera’s that may have footage of the incident.

• Deputies responded to E. Beargrass Ct. for a found person. An unknown juvenile female knocked on the door at the residence and the RP attempted to call CPS and was advised to call KCSO for assistance. The juvenile was identified, and determined she lived on the neighboring property. As Deputies were speaking with the juvenile, her mother called in to say she was missing. It turns out the juvenile was mad because she was “punished” and her mother told her to “go for a walk” and she did. The Deputy was able to return the juvenile to her mother and set up a plan to meet back up next week and see how things were going in hopes the behavior would be improving.

• Deputies responded to N. Boysenberry Loop for a runaway juvenile report. Prior to the end of his shift, Deputies were able to locate juvenile and return him to his mother.

• Deputies were patrolling D4 and the Casino area and located a female at the Conoco and arrested her for her warrant.

• Deputies responded to N. Pison Ct for a domestic. The RP called in to report his ex-girlfriend had broken into his house and was trying to take their child. The female was located leaving the area and tried to turn into an unaffiliated driveway. When she was stopped she jumped out of her car and was semi-cooperative. During the investigation, it was learned that the RP is the primary guardian of the 11 month old child and female only visits from time to time. The female, who was possible under the influence of drugs, came to the house at 0200 hours from Spokane with the intent to break into the house and take the child. She was taken into custody for Burglary and Attempted Kidnapping.
