• Deputies assisted with a Search Warrant. The scene was handed over to detectives.

• Deputies responded to an address in the Athol area for a reported welfare check. On scene they contacted female whose husband had purposely taken a mixture of whiskey and Benadryl. The male was transported to KH by Timberlake Fire/EMS.

• Multiple Deputies responded to Mtn. West Bank on Prairie Ave. for a Bank Hold Up Alarm. This is the second time we have responded there in 6 days. Today the manager emerged and stated there was no issue.

• Deputies responded to AMP and took a male into custody on an Agent’s Warrant.

• Deputies again dealt with the female, who has been the subject of multiple recent contacts reference her “prophecies” and attempts to locate her “boyfriend”. This time her family called in to report their concerns over her deteriorating medical state. Deputies contacted the female and as with most previous contacts, she was not a danger to herself or others and she returned home. Family members were given options of resources they could contact reference her mental health.

• Deputies assisted Misdemeanor P&P with an arrest at an address on Leisure Drive.

• Deputies responded to assist ISP with a semi-truck versus pedestrian crash on I-90 at MM 2. ISP witnessed a semi run over a male on I90. Early investigations indicated the male ran in front of the semi. Deputies assisted with securing the initial scene and traffic control.

• A Deputy stopped a vehicle for a moving violation. The male driver was arrested for DUI, and refused to provide a BrAC sample.

• Deputies responded to N Idaho Road for a domestic dispute/911 hang up. A female called 911 and made statements regarding needing help, and “he has a gun”. Several Deputies responded to the residence and located a male outside. The female was no longer on scene but Deputies were able to make contact with her in person at a different location. After the investigation, the male was charged with domestic battery and interference with a 911 call.

• Deputies responded to a report of a stolen trailer that was E/B on I-90. Deputies searched the area and were UTL on the Interstate. Deputies eventually located the trailer in the parking lot of Love’s truck stop. Contact was made with a male from Federal Way, Washington. The male denied knowing the trailer was stole, however through the investigation, he was ultimately arrested for grand theft by possession and the trailer was impounded.
