$1: A fortune to some

In response to Steven Adams’ of Rathdrum statement about the giver at the red kettle at Fred Meyer.

It is very obvious that your ignorance about what sacrifice and giving is all about shows loud and clear. Are you the kind of guy that would donate a few dollars only if you could have your picture taken and your name printed in the newspaper for all to see?

The dollar donation that person gave might have been their last dollar for all you know, or that same person might have written a $5,000 check that morning to their favorite charity.

I would suggest reading a short story found in Mark chapter 12 verses 41 to 44 (that’s in the Bible in case you don’t know). Also it might be helpful to change your attitude, or how about this, put your money where your mouth is.
