Susan Selander, 75

Susan Selander, a longtime resident of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, went to our Heavenly Father on Nov. 13, 2020, at the young age of 75. She was preceded in death by her father, Ernest Christman Sr., and two brothers, Ernest Christman Jr. and Edward Christman.

Susan is survived by her mother, Rose Christman, and her four beautiful daughters: Nancy Myers, Annette Tipton, Lisa Johnson and Carolyn Selander. She had 12 amazing grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

She was a devoted, loving mother, always doing things for her family and friends first. It wasn’t always the nicest when she gave you advice, but you knew it was the truth.

Susan was well known for her crafts. You knew you were part of the family when she would spend hours making a quilt or afghan for you.

We will forever see you sitting in your chair, creating the next beautiful project while yelling at the television with either baseball or football. You will be deeply missed. Rest in peace.
